We want you to love the way your mirror looks in your home. If it's not the right fit, we make returns straightforward.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most mirrors within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, free of installation damage, and returned in their original packaging with all mounting hardware included.

How to Start a Return

Email info@mirrorsnstyle.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label along with repacking instructions — glass items must be boxed securely to qualify for a refund, so we'll walk you through it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mirror arrives cracked, chipped, or with hardware missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not be asked to pay return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return: mirrors that show signs of installation (drilled, mounted, or adhesive residue), custom or made-to-order sizes, and items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization. Clearance and final-sale items are marked as such on the product page and are not returnable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will notify you by email and issue your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or finish? The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the mirror you'd like — this ensures you're not waiting on inventory holds.

Return Shipping for Oversized Mirrors

For full-length and oversized wall mirrors (40 inches or larger) that require freight return, our team will coordinate pickup scheduling with you directly after your return is approved.
